Beach Sittings

Elizabeth and Ezra will be leading two hour sitting at the ocean (near Law Street in Pacific Beach) on occasional Sunday mornings. The dates for 2014 are March 23, May 18, July 13, September 21, and November 16.

• We will sit facing the ocean for three 30 minute periods, interspersed with two 20 minute gatha walks. It will end with an informal meal.
• We welcome you to join us in experiencing a different type of meditation experience, where the emphasis will be on being present with the beauty of nature. There will also be instructions on gatha walking.
• There is no charge, but you will need to bring your own lunch, and a cushion or chair to sit on. If it rains we will postpone the sitting for another time.
• Please try to show up by 9:50. If you arrive late, don’t hesitate to join in. we will be sitting on the beach to the right of Law Street...
