6:00-7:50 Sitting
8:00-8:30 Breakfast
8:30-12:00 Regular Saturday Schedule
12:00-12:30 Sitting
12:30-2:00 Lunch and Break
2:00-4:50 Sitting
4:50-5:00 Reading
5:00-6:30 Snack
6:30-8:20 Sitting

You may attend all or part of the schedule, and there is no charge.  Please plan to sit for an entire block if you attend part time.  Meals are not provided.
